Phase one of our Jamison remodel focused on creating a comfortable and functional basement space for our clients to occupy while renovations were underway in the main areas of their home. This thoughtfully designed lower level includes a fully functional kitchenette, a full bathroom, a cozy lounge area for entertainment, a spacious open playroom for the children, and a dedicated dining area.

Now that the renovations upstairs are complete, the basement has transitioned into a versatile extension of the home—a perfect place for the kids to play, unwind, and enjoy everyday moments.
