Set clear expectations about priorities and costs, ensuring transparency from the start.
Provide you with a pricing guide, so you can see where your project fits within our model and gain a solid understanding of a reasonable budget.
By the end of this meeting, you’ll have a clear roadmap of:

The next steps to bring your vision to life.
We’ll also bring the design agreement to this meeting. If you're ready to move forward, we’ll finalize the agreement, and at our second meeting, we’ll collect a 7% retainer and schedule a full scan of your space.
Step 2: Design Agreement & Site Scans
At our second meeting, we take the next step in making your project a reality. During this visit, we will:
Collect the 7% design retainer to officially kick off the design phase.
Conduct a 3D scan of your space for precise measurements and detailed modeling.
For large-scale remodels or whole-home renovations, we’ll scan the entire property to create a digital twin for enhanced planning and visualization.
Utilize these models for detailed renderings and accurate pricing, ensuring every element aligns with your budget and expectations.
With these tools in place, we’ll be ready to dive into the design process with clarity and confidence.
Step 3: Bringing Your Vision to Life
With a detailed 3D model of your space, we can begin refining materials, selections, and finalizing designs. This phase includes:
Design Meetings to review samples, renderings, and floorplans, making sure you feel confident in every decision.
Real-Time Budget Updates, so each choice you make is reflected immediately, ensuring full transparency.
Project Management Software where you can access your budget, selections, and design presentations anytime, from anywhere.
This thoughtful and collaborative approach ensures that your vision is refined down to the finest detail.
Step 4: Finalizing the Contract & Preparing for Construction
With your budget and selections confirmed, we’ll outline everything in a formal contract. This includes:
A finalized project schedule.
A clear scope of work.
A structured payment schedule.
Once signed, we immediately begin pre-construction work:
Ordering long-lead items like cabinets, doors, and windows to keep your project on schedule.
Submitting permit applications so everything is in place before we break ground.
Scheduling subcontractors and vendors to ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion.
This phase ensures that every detail is ready for a seamless start to construction.
Step 5: Construction Begins
This is where your vision truly comes to life! Our expert crew and trusted subcontractors work diligently to transform your space. During construction, you’ll have:
A dedicated project manager, your main point of contact for any questions or updates.
Specialty trades handling everything from electrical to plumbing to ensure high-quality craftsmanship.
Weekly updates every Friday, providing a recap of completed work, plans for the upcoming week and a clear picture of how everything fits into the project timeline.

Step 6: The Final Touches & Your Move-In
As we near project completion, we go the extra mile to ensure everything is just right. This includes:
Satisfaction Sign-Off Sheets at each major payment milestone, ensuring your expectations are met.
Final inspections to guarantee that all phases of work meet the highest quality and compliance standards.
Move-in readiness, so your new space is fully prepared for you to enjoy. Any last details are addressed immediately to ensure a seamless transition.
